Ordering Process

Place your order online for silver bars, gold bars, silver medallions or gold medallions. We will contact you telephonically or send you a confirmation email about your order and a fixed price. Processing of your order will not commence until we have received a confirmed order.
On acceptance of the order and price, you are required to make full payment within 12 hours. Your order will only be packaged and shipped, once all funds have been processed and cleared through our bank.

Email your proof of payment to bullion@globalgold.co.za.

A confirmation of payment email will be sent to you with the courier company details and waybill number. Please do call the courier company to track your parcel.

• Delivery of our products will take between 7-10 working days for deliveries in South Africa.
• Purchase conditions may vary for orders in excess of R100 000.00.
• Your order will automatically be cancelled if we do not receive payment within 12 hours.
• You may place your order 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
• Your queries will be responded to during business hours. Monday to Thursday 08h30 to 15h00 and Fridays 08h30 to 13h30 .
• Should your order fall within business hours, your order and pricing will be confirmed the same day. If the order is placed after business hours, your order will be processed the next business day.
• Public Holidays are considered as after business hours.
